Please select your preferred pickup date when ordering or contact us to arrange collection. We recommend waiting until you receive confirmation that your flowers are ready before arriving.

Please provide the order name or order number when collecting your flowers.

Melbourne Flower Delivery

Omeo Flowers offers flower delivery across Melbourne from our Carnegie flower shop. Delivery availability depends on the delivery address, order time, selected date and courier availability.

Same-day delivery may be available to selected Melbourne suburbs. For urgent or time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Fees

Our delivery fee is based on the current DiDi courier fare from Omeo Flowers in Carnegie to the recipient’s delivery address.

Delivery prices may vary depending on:

• Distance from our Carnegie flower shop
• Traffic conditions
• Courier availability
• Peak or surge pricing
• Toll road charges
• Waiting time or access delays

The delivery amount provided at the time of ordering may be an estimate until the courier booking is confirmed. Toll charges and peak-time surcharges may be added to the final delivery fee.

If the final delivery cost is significantly higher than the original estimate, we will contact you before dispatching the order.

Please Make Sure Someone Is Available

We strongly recommend arranging delivery for a time when the recipient, a family member, concierge or authorised person will be available to receive the flowers.

Please provide:

• The recipient’s full name
• A correct delivery address
• Apartment or unit number
• A working Australian phone number
• Intercom, gate or building access instructions
• Any relevant delivery notes

The courier may contact the sender or recipient if assistance is required.

If No One Is Available

If no one is available, the flowers may be left in a safe and sheltered location where appropriate. This may include a front door, reception area or another location specified in the delivery instructions.

Flowers will not be left where they may be exposed to excessive heat, rain, direct sunlight, theft or damage.

If there is no suitable safe place, the flowers may be returned to our Carnegie flower shop. Additional courier, return or re-delivery fees may apply.

Delivery Times

We will do our best to deliver within the requested timeframe; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, courier availability, toll roads, building access and other circumstances outside our control.

For funeral services, ceremonies, offices, hospitals or other time-sensitive deliveries, please contact us before ordering.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery information.

Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed because of:

• An incorrect or incomplete address
• An incorrect phone number
• Restricted building access
• The recipient being unavailable
• A request to change the delivery address after dispatch
• Courier waiting time
• Re-delivery or return to the shop
